Bio
Hi my name is Jonarra Swanson! I am a female African American visionary artist born and raised in Federal Way, WA. My love for bright contrasting colors, high detailed line work and nature is rooted in my African heritage. My intention with art is to celebrate my roots and encourage people to dare to follow their dreams and believe in themselves to the fullest. Artist Statement
I strive to make sure that all of my art has a positive message, one that inspires gratitude and deliberately uplifts others. Before becoming a working artist myself, I’ve always loved collecting art pieces with positive messages, especially original pieces. Having positive and unique art in my own home is essential to my own peacefulness and motivation. I can only hope that my work can inspire such peace and inspiration in your home.
