We love every work of art we sell. We want you to as well. If you don’t when your piece arrives, you have 14 days to return it. No questions asked. As long as the work is returned to the artist in its original condition and packaging, you will receive a full refund on the purchase price. Here’s what happens next:

Notify us of your intent to return. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information: Your name, the name of the artwork and your order number to start the returns process.
LoCA will confirm your return request. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming your request with detail on how and where to return. If you do not receive an e-mail within 24 hours, please send us a follow-up e-mail to email@example.com.
Pack the artwork in its original box, crate or mailing tube. Make sure that you use all the original packaging provided by the artist to ensure the artwork arrives back in its original condition. If you have already thrown away the original packaging, you will need to purchase the necessary materials to ship the artwork safely back. Please refer to our packing guidelines for guidance.
Ship the work. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges and insurance coverage, which can be purchased at your discretion. If you are returning an original artwork, please ship the work directly back to the artist at the address provided in the return confirmation e-mail you received from us. If you are returning an open edition print, we will advise the LoCA return address upon confirmation:
When filling out the paperwork with your shipping agent of choice, please include the following e-mail address on any shipping notifications: firstname.lastname@example.org. Not only will this serve as a confirmation that you’ve shipped the work, but we can also communicate directly to the artist around when they can expect delivery. If you’ve shipped the work and forgotten to include us, no worries! Just forward the shipping confirmation from the agent to email@example.com.
Remember, you have a total of 14 days from receipt of the art to notify us of your intent to return. If you do not, you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note, the 14 day return window does not include days in transit.
- LoCA will issue your refund. Once the artist confirms that the work has been safely returned, LoCA will refund the purchase price on the payment platform originally used (minus the original shipping costs). You can expect repayment within 7-10 business days following confirmation of the return.
