Bio
Nathan grew up in Louisiana and Texas then moved to the Seattle area in 1990. His affinity for people and enjoyment of service oriented work led him to a thirty year career in the restaurant industry. Looking for new challenges and the opportunity to learn and grow he left the hospitality industry and began a journey to connect to his creative side and to share his vision with others.When not working Nathan enjoys spending time with his two children, is an avid hiker, runner, cyclist, and swimmer. He is also a voracious reader, loves art and photography, is a watch enthusiast, and is at his happiest in the outdoors. Preferably with a camera at arm's reach.
Artist Statement
Photography, music, and all other forms of visual arts were themes in my household while growing up. Photography being the constant and my favorite. One of the great joys in my life has been sharing the beauty that surrounds us with others. Sharing the "shiny things" I collect on the path of my life. Thank you for taking the time to look at my work and hopefully it brought you to curiosity, wonder, and ultimately introspection.
