Description
A Pacific Northwest old growth forest in the fall is the location of this beautiful landscape painted with water media on archival aquaboard. Float mounted in a simple white shadow box frame, the forest has digital image of the Mcloughlin house that now occupies it, etched into the plexiglass of the frame. The structure is a ghostly image of the past, layered over and exuberant painted landscape that was lost to the settling of the Pacific Northwest.
