Inspired by the gentleness of horses and my love of the outdoors, this painting was my way of showing again the gentleness and strength that Black women encompass. The woman's hair and features are painted with gold metallic paint. The paint highlights her form, the beauty of her flowing braids and is lightly dotted throughout the painting representing whimsy and a peaceful exchange between two gentle souls
