Bio
Stephanie Morgan is an artist currently residing in the Juanita neighborhood in Kirkland, Washington. Largely self taught, she enjoys exploring multiple modes of artistic expression, including pen & ink sketching, plein air watercolor, oil pastels and printmaking. She is currently enjoying studying ceramics at the Kirkland Arts Center.
Her art reflects her attraction to nature and the outdoors as well as the architectural beauty and character of houses and neighborhoods.
She believes everyone is an artist in some respect and the unity of a creative culture is bonding and healing.
Artist Statement
Nothing outside of personal relationships and nature gives me greater joy than making art. I think that if more people explored their own creative potential we’d have a happier world.
