Artist Statement
In my art I like to capture the beauty and essence of motherhood and African black women though acrylic paint. I’m inspired by West African culture and it’s amazing patterns and colours that the women wear as part of traditional wear. I’m able to combine this with my personal experience with motherhood and the passion of maternal love.
