Artist Statement

I am a contemporary abstract artist. My art is created without conception or conclusion. Each piece starts with a conversation using color; each layer adds another element to the dialogue using contrast, line, and textures. I use all mediums, including acrylics, oil pastels, inks, charcoals, and collage, to help me explore the conversation on the canvas.

I am fascinated as the piece unfolds its beauty, showing me the soul through vivid colors, whimsical elements, and captivating compositions. My goal is you will see something new each time you look into the art.
