Bio

Danielle Peacock is a Hackney based artist who splits her time between painting and event design for Chou Rouge. 
Her paintings are created using spray-paint and are inspired by a fascination with natural light and the combination of saturated colour on canvas.
Danielle's work is portal-like in its ability to transport the viewer to another plane, both mysterious and vibrant. This magical, almost spiritual, element is especially apparent in her more psychedelic pieces. 
A maker by nature, Danielle's set design and prop making is akin to alchemy: she really can conjure something from nothing. 
Her style is flamboyant, eccentric and very 'Peacock', in true parallel with her namesake.
